Terms & Conditions (AGB)

B2B · German law

These terms govern the commercial use of RAGSuite, provided by NITSAN Technologies LLP. They apply to business customers (B2B) only.

1. Scope

These terms apply to the RAGSuite Enterprise Edition (the commercial, paid edition) and related services. The RAGSuite Community Edition is licensed separately under the Apache License 2.0.

2. Editions & licence

The Community Edition is open source (Apache 2.0), with unlimited users. The Enterprise Edition is source-available under a separate licence, priced per seat, and unlocked by a signed, offline licence key that carries the licensed seat count. Self-hosting means the customer operates the software on its own infrastructure.

3. Pricing & payment

Pricing is in EUR, per seat, billed annually: the Enterprise Edition is €25 per user per month (billed annually, €300/user/year), with lower per-seat rates at volume (€240/user/year at 50+ seats, €180 at 200+). The Community Edition is free (Apache 2.0), unlimited users. Enterprise services (white-label, SLA, dedicated CSM, air-gapped support) are provided under a separate enterprise agreement, quoted per deployment. Services (workshops, pilots, custom connectors) are quoted separately. Prices are net plus statutory VAT.

4. Support

The Enterprise Edition includes email support (DE/EN). An SLA, a dedicated contact and onboarding are available as enterprise services by agreement. The Community Edition is community-supported.

5. Warranty & liability

Statutory warranty applies. Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law; details are set out in the signed agreement. (Full clause: XXX — pending counsel review.)

6. Data protection

See our Datenschutzerklärung and the AVV (Art. 28 DSGVO) where applicable.

7. Governing law & jurisdiction

Governing law and place of jurisdiction are set out in the signed agreement. For business customers in Germany we contract under German law. (Final wording pending counsel review.)

Summary terms; the binding agreement is the signed contract. Sections marked “XXX” and the final wording are pending legal review.
